Lets Practice Academy (LPA) is a new-age creativity academy founded by Kriti Telang, a seasoned IT professional, software engineer, creative consultant, Kathak dancer, and artist with global presence and growth mindset.

About the Founder — Kriti Telang

Kriti brings 14+ years of advanced IT experience, having worked across business intelligence, data engineering, database development, and project management.

Her journey includes:

• Designing BI systems

• Managing complex data projects

• Leading technology teams

• Solving real-time IT challenges

• Creating scalable, intelligent technical solutions

With deep expertise in problem-solving and structured thinking, Kriti blends her technical precision with her creative instincts, making her a rare hybrid professional.

During her corporate journey, Kriti realised:

This insight gave birth to Lets Practice Academy.
