๐ Booking Policy โ Summer Term Dance Classes ๐ Term Duration: 22nd April 2025 โ 17th July 2025 Applicable for all dance styles: Kathak, Semi-Classical, Break Dance & Hip Hop. ๐ผ Booking & Payment Policy Advance Booking Required: All classes are to be booked in advance for the full term / monthly options (April to July). Once payment is made, your spot in the class is confirmed. No Cancellations After Booking: Please note: Once booked, classes cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or personal schedule changes. Mid-Term Discontinuation: In case you choose to discontinue mid-term, you may be eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining sessions. Refund will only be processed if formally requested with a valid reason and approved by the instructors. Class Transfers: You may request a transfer to another class (subject to availability and style compatibility), but no refunds will be offered for style changes. Family Pass Discounts: Discounted packages available for families booking together.
