Cancellation Policy
### **📌 BEAT BREAKERS – Booking Policy** To ensure a smooth and fair booking process, please read our **Beat Breakers Booking Policy** carefully before registering. --- ### **1️⃣ REGISTRATION & PAYMENT** ✅ **Registration Deadline:** **1st March 2025** (or until seats are full) ✅ **Limited Spots:** Only **20 seats available**—first come, first served. ✅ **Payment:** Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. ✅ **How to Book:** - Online --- ### **2️⃣ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY** 🚫 **No refunds** will be provided for cancellations made after **28th February 2025**. ⚠️ If you cancel before **28th February 2025**, you are eligible for a **50% refund**. 🔄 **Transfers:** If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (must inform us at least **48 hours before the class**). --- ### **3️⃣ ATTENDANCE & CLASS RULES** 🕕 **Be on time:** Arrive on time** to warm up. 👕 **Dress Code:** Wear **comfortable sportswear & non-marking sneakers**. 🎒 **What to Bring:** Water bottle & towel. 🚨 **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, entry may not be permitted. 📵 **No video recording during class** unless permitted by the instructor. --- ### **4️⃣ HEALTH & SAFETY** 💪 This is a physically demanding class. **If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please inform us before booking.** 🚑 We are not responsible for any injuries that occur during class. Please warm up and follow safety instructions. --- ### **5️⃣ CLASS CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING** 🔹 If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, instructor emergency), participants will receive a **make-up class or credit** for future sessions. 🔹 We will notify all registered participants via **email or WhatsApp**.
